1. Tab the 'Gear (Settings)' button after tapping the '三' button located at the bottom right of the main lobby page.
2. Select the "Customer Support" icon on the "Basic" page.
3. Search for your query on the FAQ page.
4. If unresolved, select the '三' icon at the top right corner and proceed to 'Submit a request'.
